Parkinson's Disease Observational Studies

As of January 25, 2023, 380 PD observational studies registered on ClinicalTrials.gov have been completed. ClinicalTrials.gov released a Results Database in 2008.

An OBSERVATIONAL STUDY is a clinical study in which participants are assessed for biomedical or health outcomes.  Assessment may be based on data collected from participants at a point in time or over a period of time.  Participants may receive diagnostic, therapeutic, or other types of interventions, but the investigator does not assign participants to specific interventions.
